    DARQA Annual Membership

    • In accordance with the Articles of Association of DARQA, membership of the Association is open to:
      • Natural persons only.
      • Individuals who are involved in quality management, quality systems, and quality policies within organizations and institutions.
    • The annual membership fee for DARQA is determined each year by the General Members’ Meeting and applies to the entire calendar year. Despite the many events organized by the association, we have been able to maintain the same membership fee for many years:
      • DARQA Annual Membership Fee 2026: €80
      • DARQA Annual Membership Fee 2027: €80
    • Members are expected to notify the membership administration of any changes to their membership details (such as address, email address, employer, or job title). Such changes can be submitted through the Membership Details Update Form. Keeping member information up to date ensures that members remain reachable and continue to receive communications such as newsletters, event announcements, and invoices.
    • DARQA membership is automatically renewed at the end of each calendar year.
    • Members who do not wish to continue their membership in the following calendar year may cancel their membership through the membership administration before the end of the current calendar year (for 2027 membership: cancellation must be received before 31 December 2026).
    • If a membership cancellation is not submitted on time (for 2027 membership: after 31 December 2026), the full DARQA annual membership fee for 2027 will become payable.

    Annual Consultant Listing Registration

    • DARQA members may, upon request, be included in the consultant directory published on the DARQA website.
    • The annual fee for consultant listing registration is €50.
    • Consultant listing registration is automatically renewed at the end of each calendar year.
    • DARQA members who do not wish to continue their consultant listing registration in the following calendar year may cancel their registration through the membership administration before the end of the current calendar year (for 2027: cancellation must be received before 31 December 2026).
    • If the registration is not cancelled on time (for 2027: after 31 December 2026), the full annual consultant listing registration fee for 2027 will become due and payable.
